Marine cables are electrical cables or wirings meant for fixed wiring installation on board marine vessels for power transmission or instrumentation purposes
All marine cables supplied to our customers are based on IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards and are approved for use by ship classification societies such as Det Norske Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, Lloyd's Register and Germanischer Lloyd, Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS)
- Marine/Offshore lighting equipment and accessories
Marine lighting equipment, when fitted with specified marine lamps, provides vital 24-hour illumination for the enclosed environments in marine vessels and illumination needs during night time and bad weather conditions
Examples of different types of lighting equipment that we supply include:
- High ingress or low ingress lighting equipment
- Explosion proof lighting equipment
- Navigation lighting equipment
- Search and high efficiency lighting equipment
2) Marine/Offshore Consumables
- Marine/Offshore lamps
Marine lamps include incandescent, high intensity discharge, fluorescent and halogen lamps, with bulbs or tubes of differing sizes and shapes
Apart from general lighting purposes, certain marine lamps are specialised as they are used in searchlights, navigation and signal lighting equipment, or in hazardous environments
We have, since 1995, sourced marine lamps under OEM arrangements to supply under our own brands, namely “Sunlux” and “Nippon”, and are specified to meet European and Japanese technical standards respectively
We also distribute marine lamps from leading manufacturers with brands such as “Eye”, “General Electric”, “Hitachi”, “Osram”, “Philips” and “Sanshin”

We also supply other general marine products such as batteries, fuses, aerosol contact cleaners, cleaning material for electrical products, insulation and adhesive tapes and flashlights
