On October 7, the first Pilates class at BH Global was kicked off by SGFitFam’s trainer Siti Zubaidah at our recreation room. Colleagues from different departments and business units were guided by Siti to perform different stretches and poses over a period of 45 mins. Our first class was focused introducing the muscle groups that will be strengthened in the coming weeks. Participants did low impact exercises that stretched their bodies from the neck to toes. Siti was highly engaging, and your colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the 45-minute workout.
