- Develop branding strategies: Responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies that promote the company’s products or services to the target audience. This involve developing a unique brand identity, creating messaging that resonates with the industry and customers, and developing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Conduct media campaigns: Responsible for conducting media campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital advertising, television, and print. This may involve working with media agencies to develop media plans, negotiating media buys, and tracking campaign performance.
- Conduct public relations: Responsible for conducting public relations activities that promote the company to the industry and public. This may involve organizing events, developing marketing materials, and creating content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Measure campaign performance: Responsible for measuring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness. This may involve analysing data from various sources, such as social media analytics, website traffic, and sales data.
- Conduct market research: Responsible for conducting market research to understand regulatory requirements, customer preferences, behaviours, and industry trends. This may involve analysing industry/customer data, conducting surveys, and monitoring social media conversations.
- Creative directions: Works on creating content, or, closely with creative teams, to develop visual and messaging concepts that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with the target industry audience.
- Implementing corporate communication strategies: Responsible for implementing corporate communication strategies that promote and protect the reputation of the company or organization. This may involve working on messaging that aligns with the company’s values, communications plans that target key stakeholders, and crisis communication plans.
- Internal communication operations: Responsible for supporting internal communication operations within the company. This may involve executing employee communication plans, coordinating with HR and other internal teams, monitoring the company’s intranet and other internal communication channels.
- Crisis communication operations: Responsible for supporting communication operations during times of crisis, such as a product recall or a negative media story. This may involve executing crisis communication plans, drafting the release of information to the media and other stakeholders, and coordinating with legal and other internal teams.
- Other duties: As directed by Chief Marketing Officer.
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, curiosity to learn, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Resourceful and creative in developing and executing marketing related strategies.
- Experience in marcomms, product/design innovation and social media content development.
