Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain platform applications that support trading operations, portfolio analytics, and internal workflows.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using modern engineering best practices.
- Develop intuitive and high-performance frontend interfaces for end users.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for further improvement.
- Optimize applications for performance, efficiency and scalability.
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Apply basic UX/UI principles to improve user experience and engagement.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
- Maintain technical documentation such as code comments, diagrams, flowcharts, and layouts.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficient in JavaScript and at least one modern framework (e.g., React or Laravel).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Good knowledge of database (e.g MySQL or NoSQL).
- Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and e-commerce is an advantage.
