On 18 July 2025, BH Global Corporation welcomed the Workforce Advancement Federation (WAF) and its distinguished guests for a networking event aimed at fostering collaboration and advancing workforce strategies.
The event was led by Mr Kelvin Tang, WAF Vice Chairman and Honorary Treasurer, and featured a keynote address by Mr Vincent Lim, Chief Executive Officer of BH Global. In his sharing, Mr Lim spoke about the company’s journey, its commitment to innovation, and its vision for a future-ready workforce in the marine industry.
Programme highlights included discussions on government grants and salary support, job redesign and reskilling initiatives for existing employees, as well as the integration of green technology into workforce planning.
The event provided an excellent networking session for industry peers to exchange insights, explore opportunities for partnership, and contribute towards building a more sustainable and competitive workforce in the industry.
