You will leverage your deep understanding of our cyber protection propositions and industry trends to provide customized technical recommendations, conduct persuasive product demonstrations, and guide customers through the sales process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By combining your technical proficiency with exceptional communication and sales skills, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address customer challenges, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term customer success. Your role will be instrumental in building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fueling the growth and market of especially the Binalyze Digital Forensic and Incident Response (DFIR) platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Development and delivery of technical product (software) demonstrations and presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization\u2019s sales\/business development and engineering groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand client business requirements, issues, and priorities, and develop a solution that advances client business strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using Binalyze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in sales pipeline building activities including attendance at live and\/or virtual tradeshows and industry conferences, working with marketing \/ partners on webinars, events, and other activities specified by sales and sales engineering management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing pre and post sales technical support for engagements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with customers on feedback and strategy to complete projects that optimize client organization and overall technology direction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain technical documentation for operational readiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Sales Teams in creating product-related pre-sales materials by providing customer perspective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide Proof-of-Concept (POC) environment and advising on design and implementation approaches to assess the feasibility of solutions and demonstrate to our clients how the product can be leveraged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To create and manage the POC\/Trial process to ensure strong customer interaction during POC, and a positive outcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in pricing and proposal development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and maintain technical documentation for operational readiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solve business needs with technology by evaluating different technology options and vendor products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solve business needs with technology by evaluating different technology options and vendor products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably a Degree in ICT or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 or more years of experience working with information security solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A natural presenter with good negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional certifications in cyber or network security related disciplines are advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a similar, pre-sales or customer facing consulting role within a technology (preferably cyber) based organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience communicating deeply technical concepts in an impactful way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to thrive under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Behaviors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Technical skills<\/strong>: A solid understanding of the company&#8217;s products, services, and industry-specific technologies is crucial. Able to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Sales and business acumen<\/strong>: Able to understand the sales process, customer needs, and how the company&#8217;s solutions align with those needs. Able to identify opportunities, articulate value propositions, and effectively position the company&#8217;s offerings to drive sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Communication skills<\/strong>: A well-natured team player with strong verbal and written communication skills (English language). Able to engage with customers, deliver persuasive presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Problem-solving and analytical skills<\/strong>: Able to analyze customer requirements, identify pain points, and propose tailored solutions.
