Mr. Keegan succeeds Mr. Mark Weng Kwai, who will be resigning from his position with effect from end October 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keegan Chua has more than 25 years of experience in accountancy, audit and finance. He has assumed auditing, finance and accounting positions in various accounting firms and two SGX listed companies. He is also the Group\u2019s Chief Financial Officer from October 2006 to November 2018 and re-joined the Group on October 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keegan Chua obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from The Nanyang Technological University in 1994 and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
