Beng Hui Marine is working closely with GL Lighting to develop our range of Marine & Offshore LED Lightings. We are currently working with shipowners and ship chandlers in a tripartite manner to go Green and ECO through LED retrofitting, where complimentary onboard inspections of ships existing conventional lights, inspection reports on recommendation of ROI (Return of Investment) and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), and recommendation of the right replacement of LED lightings onboard a ship is provided. We strive to assist ship owners to understand the cost of ownership, comparing existing lights to installation of new LED lights.
We manufacture our own brand of Marine LED lightings called SOP (Save our Planet).
Our Marine & Offshore LED Lightings has also passed the IEC 60533 Certification which is key to the Electromagnetic Compatibility with Marine VHF-FM, AIS and DSC systems. Key advantages include significant reduction in maintenance/ consumables and Energy used. With constant emphasis on carbon footprint today, LED lighting is the next thing to hit the shipping industry and all conventional light bulbs will be phased out subsequently. Reliability is the top priority consideration for LED luminaires.
